Diced corned beef, potatoes, onions and peppers,
topped with two eggs poached or fried, and toast or biscuits

Two eggs simmered in our special Colorado or Verde sauce. Served on corn tortillas,
with shredded jack cheese, black beans, sour cream, guacamole, and Sante Fe potatoes

topped with made to order Hollandaise sauce, zesty with lemon,
